We stumbled across a weird situation today. Two reports that work on my PC with an HP 6P do not work on my bosses' PC with an HP 6P with exactly the same driver. The lights indicate it is receiving data, but then turns red and stops. All other reports in the application work fine on his PC.

I can send the two reports across the network to his PC and they print fine. He can send the reports across the network to any other printer and they print fine. It is only when he tries to print them to his HP6P that he gets the error.

We have reloaded the printer driver, rebooted his machine, etc., and he's still having problems. Does anyone have any ideas?
