Is it me or do all Network Engineers I have ever met or heard of, seem to automatically blame software developments for taking time to do things - I'm not saying that your Novell guys are, but I bet they won't sort it until someone complains about the speed of logging in or something.

Any way, good luck in sorting it, you will undoubtedly need it.
