>If you USE the non-data table (USE MyReport.frx) you should be able to use IF FLOCK() or IF RLOCK() just as you do with any other table.

I have been playing around with this idea and this is what I have discovered.

You can not do an exlicit FLOCK() on the report (i.e. FLOCK(Report.frx) or FLOCK(Report)) as it will only look for
.dbf extention files.

You can trick it by use report.frx then performing a =FLOCK() on the file.

Unfortunately, Foxpro will not allow you to run a report on the file. Database already open.

I have also noticed that if you use the report.frx file it will also cause another user to receive the File Access Denied error.
It does not matter whether the file is SHARED or not.
