This I do from the application main form. But the edit forms are called from that form and when they are released, the application should not exit (that means the main form is still open).
It looks like so: the main form is always open (as long as the app is running) and from there you can call many edit forms. You can close the application simply by closing the main form. When you close an edit form, only the edit form is closed, but not the application.
When I close the main form, it automatically closes all edit forms and that's no problem.
