I'm sorry to say that I use Access 97 but I can not imagine that they took the foxpro file types out of 2000. Are you looking in the drop down list at the bottom left? (at least that is where it is in 97)
obdc could be used but I think you are right that it may be to complex for the typical end user.
Anyway, I will try and find someone with 2000 or perhaps someone will jump in here at the UT. Sorry that I did not have 2000 to help you, but I will try and find out for you.
