Jill and Tom,
I one of the following choices would do well,
1. Copy the data to a Fox2x format and import in Access in dBase IV format.
2. Copy the data to XL5 and let them import that. First row will have field names.
3. Copy the data to a comma delimited ASCII file and let them import that.
Actually, I prefer the comma delimited ASCII. They should always be able to find something to open the file with.
