Unfortunately, the twit filter as I understand it won't work for this. If someone explicitly selects you to get a message, it goes to your Replies folder.

FWIW, I'm with the majority on this. Just add a warning label so people think about what they're doing. Although, since you have to click each individual (there is no blanket reply all *yeah*), they kinda have to think about it.
