I don't know all the details regarding your local laws and it has been a few years since I got caught up in your friendly civil war. However, when I was involved in a computer show in Montreal I was forced to include French translation for all written items. This required changing signs and brochures. Since I worked for Zenith at the time they had the money to change everything. I have in-law family along the river and last I heard things have not changed.
