Alternatively, you could try my "Remote Host Control" under files section #1276 (quickly find thru Recent entries). In my program I used Winsock's UDP protocol and it does not generate too much of network traffic to check for any file on the server. Besides, you have more options like viewing the user's screen (when they have an error but they would not tell you what error is that), or shutdown their PC, restart their PC, start a program, close a program etc. right from your desk.
