One other question... I originally developed this app using Web Connection and did not have a problem locating the data. Is this because the I launched the WC app while I was logged in as the 'Administrator' user and it is not running inside IIS's process? (If my question indicates a poor understanding of IIS administration maybe you could suggest a good book or resource.)
