Not sure that I understand you here: you should be able to leave your ip address as it is. Then, when you want to see you PWS installation, just enter 127.0.0.1 in your *browser* (or http://127.0.0.1/wconnect or whatever). You can try PING 127.0.0.1 from the DOS prompt to test it works (you should get a response back from 127.0.0.1).
