I can't thank you enough for forwarding my first message to Whil Hentzen.

After an exchange of mail with Whil and with Farion Grove (Executive Editor of IT Pinnacle Publishing), I am granted to create a Romanian Web Site where to repost Romanian version of all articles at FoxTalk.

Here are one fragment from Farion's mail:

This permission is granted with the understanding that there will be no financial exchange involved, and you will be offering the content in Romanian only (no English version) at no charge to your viewers.
