Exteremely easy with VFP and NetLib. I use NetLib in my apps and they could easily add a line to the Login script that runs a VFP EXE. At such point the user has to exit the EXE before the login script finishes and closes. NetLib can automatically get their LoginID and netcard address. You could design a Top level form to capture the other data they want.

NetLib is also royalty free so you can distribute with your apps with no further fees.
