>What do most people do here? Does everyone write their forms & applications for a specific screen resolution?

I develop my forms for 800 x 600. If the form is full of controls and the like, then I don't allow them to resize it or resize it for them. If they're screen is full of space not being used because the form is so small and cannot be resized, then thats what they chose.

If a form contains a grid or a large list or edit box or something like, I allow them to resize the form changing the size of the grid, making a larger visible area, not larger fonts or row hieght, ect.

I also allow them to save every forms position on exit, and the sizes if applicable.
