I have finally forgotten the exact syntax, but I still kind of remember how to do a low level format of WD hard drives. Debug, the -C800: something or other.

For years I tried to forget this stuff. I was kind of thinking there was something important that I couldn't remember because this stuff was taking up space upstairs.
