Is this in your Personal Oracle database? If so, you need to delete the CashMgmt entry through the Net8 Easy Config. Then re-add it as a new entry called CashMgmt. The Protocol is Bequeath, and the SID is ORCL.

I came up with that name because I am going to be working on a Cash Management application and thought I would try and name things accordingly in case I make a real mess of things and don't know where anything is after a while. Here is what I have in my TNSNAMES.ORA:
