Jess - whoever said anything about coding forms? The discussion was about SCX forms vs VCX based form classes - which are just as much "visual" as the SCX is.

There are times when coding is better than the VFP GUI (views come to mind) - but form layout isn't one of them. I don't think anyone ever said it was - so either you or I one have missed something here.
