customer:Today's reports aren't out in the Report Handler.
me: They're not? (madly mapping drive to check, seeing files with the 23rd date on them) Yeah, they're out there
customer: No, the date selection ends with the 23rd.
me: (checking date to be sure) Today is the 23rd.
customer: Yes, today is the 23rd, but we always have to go forward a day to get today's reports, so I need the reports for the 24th.
me: We won't get that file from the Comptroller until tomorrow.
customer: I know, but we need today's reports - and they're not there.
me: the 23rd IS today's file, today is the 23rd
customer: Yes, today is the 23rd, but we need TODAY'S reports
