A while back I created an VFP application, which can be freely downloaded from my web site. The application's installation executable was built using VFP's setup wizard. Occasionally, I receive complaints that the installation executable failed to work for one reason or another. My problem is that I usually receive no feedback from users, as to what actually occured when the installation failed.

However, I recently received feedback from someone who attempted to install my application without success. This person told me that everytime he attempted to run the installation exe, he received the following error message: "C:/webapp/webapp.exe is not a valid Win32 application."

Does anyone know why this is happening? The majority of installations are working with no problems, but there is a small percentage of installations that fail. Is it possible that the the executable corrupted during the download?. Or is there something conflicting with the user's hardware or configuration?
