Do we miss something here?

First of all, not to mention any name, we did listen to the suggestion given to us to make that flexible in the account setup to participate or not to the survey. So, again, if you do not wish to participate, just turn it off.

Secondly, you, I and others know that the survey window pops up once per survey, thus once per two weeks at most. If you participate or not, the survey window won't pop up again.

Thirdly, we all try to make constructive comments in order to make this place as best as we can. So, lets keep it in that direction thus not by using exagerating comments. The UT is a serious business. We care about the customers. Sometimes, just for one person, and again not to mention any name, we did released one feature as per the suggestion given to us. If that is necessary again, we will do it again.

I hope this clarifies the situation. We all work for the same goal.

Oh, as per the survey, most of them relates to enhancing the UT. So, it concerns us all. If you participate, you take advantage of it. That's a good approach.
