It's not just the UT popups. I close them on any web site. As for my response above, it was referring to a suggestion to have a popup that said "you have x number of private messages". If that were to be implemented, it would have to popup more than every couple of weeks.

>First of all, not to mention any name, we did listen to the suggestion given to us to make that flexible in the account setup to participate or not to the survey. So, again, if you do not wish to participate, just turn it off.

You can mention me...and I appreciate the change you made on the surveys. I don't participate. The way it works now is good.

>Secondly, you, I and others know that the survey window pops up once per survey, thus once per two weeks at most. If you participate or not, the survey window won't pop up again.

See above.

>Thirdly, we all try to make constructive comments in order to make this place as best as we can. So, lets keep it in that direction thus not by using exagerating comments.

That's why I made the suggestion to not send two messages in the first place.

>The UT is a serious business. We care about the customers. Sometimes, just for one person, and again not to mention any name, we did released one feature as per the suggestion given to us. If that is necessary again, we will do it again.

I've never said the UT did not listen to customers. I made a suggestion that IMO, would enhance things. Isn't that how all suggestions start? My suggestion was denied, so I went to plan B. Other people replied to my plan B solution, thus growing the thread.

>Oh, as per the survey, most of them relates to enhancing the UT. So, it concerns us all. If you participate, you take advantage of it. That's a good approach.

I know why the surveys are there. You already know my stand on them.
