Thanks Barbara for responding so promptly

The problem with creating a second view and the reason I did not create a single view in the first place was because ofthe time it takes. It is faster to create three separate views, index them and set the relationship up between the three using the 'SET RELA ' comand. This would be easy, straight forward with the old browse command. Is there something going on behind the scene with the grid, or does it not work properly with cursors and set relationship commands.
