Well, I certainly want to keep an open mind if I have data problems to troubleshoot...I'll keep your points in mind. On Novell's site, there is a variety of reported problems, with solutions ( many of which seem to be 4-5 years old).

I will probably move my data to W2K Server, so I can have code accessing the data locally (on the server).
