>We do it the hard way. As we are a Novel network environment, we have NAL, or Novell Application Launher. It takes a before and after snap shot of a pc and duplicates changes on any pc that then runs it.

The hard way? That is so easy. We also paid for this software, but our illustrious LAN Admins won't implement it. :--(
