That is the situation:

I have two proxies services in my lan, each one listening in different ports.
One connect the workstations to internet trough one dial-up connection. The other connect to a remote IIS machine(intranet) trough another dial-up connection.
The IE instance in my app must know the port of the second www proxy service if it is possible, now it assume the default settings of IE.
