I have that problem and have raised it with Adaptec.
I am using W2K Professional and Adaptec Easy CD Creator 4.02d
It seems that only recent files are a problem, and frx frt scx sct are some of the extensions that are a problem.
Like you I headed off to a client site with everything on a CD, only to discover that the recent files were missing. However I was saved by the Zipped version of those recent files. I just checked by dropping a "FORMS" directory onto a CD and it had all of the scx,sct up to 30 June and none after that date.
Right now I have a part solution by zipping everything, but would like to know if it is in some way related to the file corruptions that seem more prevalent on VFP6 SP4 and W2K Pro SP1.
