I don't believe that UCITA applies to the argument, as much as you want it to. Jerry brought up that point, but that is hardly a thing that stops people from benchmarking MS software in this day and age. If you can believe some "pundit" magazines (infoworld, internetweek, etc.), UCITA has been passed in two or three states only.

And when did I mention Bill? You keep bringing that out. You would sound more objective when you stop your obsession with MS & Bill.
