Thanks for the reply. Based on your response I'm on a good track as I am working on most of what you suggested and I'll add the stuff that I'm not.

My one "sin" right now is not figuring ways to put the learning to use by creating my own projects. It seems to me that I make the most progress when I actualy DO something. So I'll have to get to work on that and specificaly in the areas that you mentioned.

As for the questions.... I'll keep what you have advised in mind!
