Hi All:

Somebody came up with a great idea here, and it is up to me now to implement it. It is to take information from an Access mdb, and drop it into a FP2.6D database that we've been using for about 10 years. The old database is part of a program that was written, has expanded, grown into a monster, and has been turned over to our "official" IS department for maintenance and eventual upgrade into the Visual world. It will be several years before this upgrade is complete. So we are still living in the DOS world for the time being. But new information is being created in Office97, and the powers that be would like to eliminate entering the info multiple times.

My question, before I start, is: has anybody done this before? Are there any references I can look at that would help me?
