TIME, ENERGY, GOOD WILL -- we all put in these things FOR FREE -- and who does this ultimately help? (other than the user asking for help) it helps the UT by showing that it's a good place to come for real, knowledgable help.

It may not be monitary; but when we take 30 minutes here and 40 there to help a few users; we dont' then turn around and say "we'd like 175/hour for the time I put in today" No; we help becuase we want to.

I don't know who asked this STUPID question; but obviously they only think in terms of money and not time spent on something...
