I had some marked threads that I removed today from teh Agent list and it worked. If you want to remove your "mark" from a thread, go to "Update Account" and click on marked threads. It won't let you remove them there though, so click on each one, and in the message is shows you, un check the mark at teh bottom and press save. Does that do it?
