Not looking for a web app.
Just looking for a simple telephony activex control / program where u can build a process that answers a phone call, prompts user to input an account number, code looks up the account in a vfp table, (and if found) updates a field on a record. Then hangs up.
Similiar to when you call a credit card company and are prompted to key in your card number and you can check your balance. I have found some tools to do this but was hoping to hear from people who have actually done this and can comment on which tools to use and which to avoid.
Will be very low call volume. Basically office employees out in the field calling in to status accounts.
