Hi Steve,

I'm not to sure what you're trying to do, but you might do the following:

- Construct a result table that looks like this:
Day N(2), Month N(1), DeltaSort N(1), DeltaTime N(5)
- Group the report on Month

- Make a detail graph (eg: stacked, bar graph)

- In the Place chart list, select for each month

- In the Data panel select On change off, and select Month, DeltaSort

- In the Show values list, select DeltaTime. Set the summary operation to avarage.

HTH, Good luck

Walter,

>I am using Crystal Reports 7.0. I have six delta times averages from April - August 2000. For example (daily start time - end time for cooking and then average those delta times at the end of the month) and (daily start time - end time for doing dishes and then average those delta times at the end of the month) and so on for six different jobs in the kitchen. I want to display the average monthly delta times on a vertical line chart in Crystal.

>I tried a detail chart, but it's way too busy to read. I need a monthly chart if at all possible. It is only allowing me to select one of six delta time averages that I have computed for the months April through August. Any ideas?

>I am kinda new at Crystal Reports and I have a love/hate relationship with the product right now. I think they should change the name to Crystal Aborts. LOL! Thanks in advance.
