Thanks for the assist. The bad part is that the people I am doing this for want me to use only Crystal Reports for the delta time calc, so I can't set up a simple VFP table and read it in Crystal. They want me to read a single detail table created in VFP, but use the detail dates and times and calc everything inside of Crystal. I like your method better of course. Their way is a real pain. I had something similar to what you proposed and they told me to redo it.

My only question now is - Is it possible to make a multi-series line group chart in Crystal? In other words, I group delta times by month, but when I want to show the lines on a chart I can only show one line per chart according to the Chart Expert when I choose Group and Show Data it only lets me choose one delta time per chart. Can't I choose more than one per chart? If I choose Detail under Chart Expert it allows me to see all of my delta time lines, but then the Chart has a million data points and is useless.
