I have an idea, instead of a VFP App, can you make this an HTML page? Sounds like you could. Then, create a new toolbar on the Windwos 2000 (I'm guessing ME has this but I'm not sure) desktop and link it to your webpage. Now you've got a toolbar on the desktop, that all apps "fill" to and can always be on top.

Will that work?
