Im just new to vfp and i have been trying to teach myself and read books so please bare with me if i dont make sence.
I did make a form with a formset that had another form to it and i wasearch without any problems with the time but when i tried to make a report my director said you needed to make a report off a remote view it would not work off a form and that is how i came to use that parameter box.But i couldnt figure out how to do my own search box off of a view to do a report so that is how i got to that point. It works with the "" but for the user i thought it would be easier without them.But if i cant figure something out i will just use the "".
