Hi Kevin,

Thanks for the help, unfortunately when I run the the Query with the Output Type set to 'Launch Pivot Table' I get a message saying 'Excel could not be found on the path specified in the Windows registry. Output to Excel cancelled. Please make sure you have a working version of Excel 5.0 or later installed.'. I have Excel 2000 installed on my PC. Do I need to tweak FoxFire to recognise that Excel is installed?

Regards,
Gavin...

>Try using the Output option Spreadsheet -- Excel (XLS) -- Launch Pivot Table. That seems to get around the problem with the meaningless headers.

When outputting the Query to Excel the first line of the spreadsheet contains the field names but they are meaningless. E.g they are C_1, C_2, C_3, etc when they should have contained the Sales Campaign Descriptions. Has anyone encountered this problem before? Any help is appreciated ...
