Hello Robert.
We also discontinued our DBF version (for our ERP product). Now, we install Only MSSQL7 (for more than 5 ws) and MSDE for the others. The advantage for us is that we only have 1 set of source code, and the elimination of DBF corruption in LAN environments. For this new project, the estimated ROI is about US$ 10,000.00 a year. The development cost is about US$ 7,000.00, so I'll try to maintain other costs (like DBMS) as low as possible.

Getting new customers? In a recessed economy like the peruvian one, there are almost no new projects because most enterprises are just trying to survive! We try very hard to get new customers, but the customer base is very small, and we are plenty of competition. In this kind of economical environment, the price factor has a more relevant effect than in USA.
Thank you.
