I wouldn't try to calculate holidays. Yes, the movable ones such as Labor Day and Thanksgiving can be calculated. However, not all businesses observe all holidays. Here at Shaw, we get Good Friday off, but not Columbus day, for example. Further, some companys give one day off for Thanksgiving and some two. A better solution, IMO, is to use a table to store the dates then modify it as required.
