After waiting a respectable amount of time to reply to this message and after reading most of the responses, I will contribute my thoughts.

I definitely want the author and last update associated with all files located here. At some point, we used to have a link to get a list of all the files, articles, etc., contributed by a specific member. I want that available to me as well.

As for on-line feedback like amazon.com, I like the idea, primarily because I have received about 2 comments on what I have submitted here. Personally, I do not care if I receive [constructive] criticism. If someone abuses this and flames something I submit, then that makes that person look foolish, not me. I primarily work alone so I get precious little feedback. Every little bit helps.
