>Yes. Make sure the manufacturer of the receipt printer has a developer's kit. I know Epson does. There kit is free upon filling out the following OPOS Registration Form and it integrates extremely well with my VFP apps. I use the Epson TM-88II thermal receipt printers and cash drawers.

Mark,
I've also been using the TM-88II with the OPOS control. What do software developers who integrate OPOS need to offer as for setup and registering all the different control objects? Do you let the clients use the manufacturers setup utility or do you create your own? I've been wondering about which way is the more professional way to do it?
Should I handle getting a list of service objects(assuming they will install the software themselves) and provide it with my software? Or do I have them get their own service object with their printer?
I know the control object (the OPOS activex control) is all the same but the control objects are different, providing the fuctionality's of the various manufacturers.

TIA,
Allen
