A packet was created on a Win98se machine that has Visual Studio. Then it was installed it on another machine with no problems. But when it was installed on the machine that created it, when the machine boots up, it calls C++ to debug the operating system.

Has anyone had this problem or any similar problems with this? If so, did you find a fix?
