I have expereinced similiar problems, usually with in-process servers running in an excel spread-sheet. I have found the behavior is not directly related to Notes 4.5. Notes 4.5 does install quincy for Win32 which captures all information on errors similiar to Dr. Watson for Windows NT 3.5 workstation. I can recreate the errors on machines without Notes 4.5 and the application will just abend. Maybe there are other people expereinceing this behavior, as it has been very difficult to troubleshoot. Please let me know if you find anything.
