I have a form and I need to have one of it’s object navigate with the scroll action

I have bean experimenting width the scrolled method but the problem is that I have not found a way to know how many pixels have bean scrolled if the user drags the scroll bar or if he clicks on the scroll bar area above or below, I also looked for a way to know the relative position from the top of the form to the top of an object. The only object that always knows its top coordinate regardless of the scroll bar position is the mouse pointer witch is not an actual object and it doesn’t help.
Does any buddy have any idea on this.
