Hi!

You cannot do this completely using native VFP tools. You can play around HSmallScrollChange, VSmallScrollChange, ViewPort* properties, but I'm not sure it will help.

Try to use third-party ActiveX controls - scrollbars. Or make your own scrollbar using shapes.
