You cannot do this completely using native VFP tools. You can play around HSmallScrollChange, VSmallScrollChange, ViewPort* properties, but I'm not sure it will help.

Try to use third-party ActiveX controls - scrollbars. Or make your own scrollbar using shapes.

The only object that always knows its top coordinate regardless of the scroll bar position is the mouse pointer witch is not an actual object and it doesn’t help.
