This is a known bug in Foxtouch. I've documented this in my Extended Foxtools Help file here on the UT (under Coding Syntax and Commands), and it has been reported to the Fox team at MS.

You might want to take a look at my Windows Time programming. There are examples in the documentation that will allow you to modify any of the three date/time stamps (provided the OS allows you to), and retrieve other information.
