Since you've already got the book, take a look at the code, and post back any specific questions you've got. I think you'll find that it's lots of fun -- instant gratification, as each line of code makes a visual change that's fun to watch.

Thanks. I had not read the Powerpoint chapter. Started yesterday. It looks simple enough. Found a couple of typos in the sample code, but I guess you know about those by now. At least in my case, I had to change oPresentation to oPowerPoint in one instance for the thing to work. Isn't VFP7 Intellisense wonderful? I'm sure you would've loved to have it (and your a book like ours too), when working on JFAST.
I did a presentation to our group of developers in our Regional Headquarters, about VS.Net and about XML a week ago. It went great but it was a pity, I did not have your idea beforehand.
I have an upcoming, 'pointy-haired' types presentation on XML 101. I might do something along your lines. But then again, this one being non-techies, it might confuse or scare them. I'll probably not do it on this one but keep the idea for thge next techie one.
Now I have to learn about PPT templates from your books.
Thx again
