Thanks for responding. In the past, I've been able to eliminate INVALID SEEK OFFSET by reindexing or rebuilding the tables. However, in this case, when the app was shut down and then brought back up (Thursday morning), it's been running fine ever since, without any type of reindexing.

That leads me to believe that there was some type of network issue on the machine, though the I.T. manager swears up and down there wasn't.
