Walter,
You're wellcomed anytime to my country and visit me too if you come back.
I accept it was a pity you mentioned Turkey in a nonrelated issue.
FYI death penalty also exists technically here and court decisions need senate confirmation for execution. There were many court decisions but none of them (even rarely) applied in the last 15+ years. That could mean to burn bridges between us and Europe but I must honestly say that if a voting is done here for Ocalan case I would vote for execution in that particular case despite being an MD and kind of person that even gets sad if my enemy gets hurt (believe or not). Of course I don't expect anyone that didn't experience the suffer to understand (and wish nobody does experience).
I wasn't referring to an office or just speech but forget it. You're not responsible for court and/or government decisions. If you're curious then I can tell you all offline and direct you to 'nonTurkish' documents also.
Best regards
Cetin
